• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
